My favourite dish: Polipo Alla Griglia
(Grilled Octopus, Squid Ink Potatoes, Roast Peppers, Caper, Cherry Tomato Salsa, Olive & Cress, $22)
I've been to this place twice now and both times I've enjoyed myself. Yes, it is on the pricey side but you really get what you pay for. The food is exquisite, the environment is lively and the service is amazing. Another thing I really like about this restaurant is the fact that it seems like its in the middle of no where (in comparison to restaurant filled areas like Yorkville or Distillery District) yet there is street parking and valet parking right in front of it. It is also a 5 minute walk from Yorkville/Bay Station.
On a side note however, the menu, according to my friend, is not very vegetarian friendly, however the kitchen was very accommodating and made her a plate without the meat portion of the meal.
All in all, I highly recommend Mistura, especially if your looking for an elegant spot for a fancy night out!
